ABOUT THE NAVC INSTITUTE
|
The NAVC (North American Veterinary Conference) will have space for a small number of companies to participate as exhibitors at the NAVC Institute 2008 to be held at the Caribe Royale All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from May 18-23, 2008.
The NAVC Institute is a five-day program that combines lecture, hands-on laboratories, case presentations and discussions. Each of eight courses offers the attendee a chance to completely focus on elevating their knowledge and clinical skills in one particular discipline.
The veterinarians who attend - 32 in each class -- are the decision makers, owners or senior associates from large, growing practices that have high Average Client Transactions. They are the pre-selected "A" clinics. Don't let the small class size fool you - there will be almost 250 attendees that fit that customer profile. They are serious about learning as the NAVC Institute represents a significant financial and time investment.
As this is a unique education program, the exhibit opportunity is also unique. All attendees have meals and breaks in the same room every day. We invite you to set up a tabletop exhibit in this common room (also serving as the Exhibit Area) and interact with the attendees during their lunch and meal breaks. As you see from the Sample Program/Schedule below, there is a Reception on Wednesday from 3:30 – 6:00 pm and attendees are encouraged to spend time in this room interacting with the Exhibitors. The $1,200 fee for the booth space includes two days of meals -- a great opportunity for your company representative to converse with the NAVC Institute registrants. Exhibits can be set up on Monday, May 19th and remain in the Exhibit Area throughout the program until 5 pm on Thursday, May 22nd.
