Registration Types |
|
|
| Multiperson Registration - If multiple people from your practice are attending the conference you all qualify for a reduced price registration, all you need is to include at least one name of another person attending the conference from your practice. |
| Veterinarian Registration - Allows you to attend labs, sessions, tours intended for Veterinarians. |
| Technician Registration - If you are a a technician or technician assistant you should register as Technician. This registration allows you to attend labs, sessions, tours intended for Technicians/Practice Managers/Receptionists. Registration includes a copy of the NAVC Conference “Veterinary Technicians and Practice Managers” Proceedings Printed or CD. |
| Receptionist Registration - If you are a receptionist or office assistant you should register as Receptionist. This registration allows you to attend labs, sessions, tours intended for Technicians/Practice Managers/Receptionists. Registration includes a copy of the NAVC Conference “Veterinary Technicians and Practice Managers” Proceedings Printed or CD. |
| Practice Manager Registration - If you are the owner of the practice or the office manager and not a veterinarian, you should register as Practice Manager. This registration allows you to attend labs, sessions, tours intended for Technicians/Practice Managers/Receptionists. Registration includes a copy of the NAVC Conference “Veterinary Technicians and Practice Managers” Proceedings Book or CD. |
| Tech Student Registration - If you are attending an accredited Veterinary Technician school to become a Veterinary Technician you may register as Tech Student. This registration has some limitations, you can only register for ancillary events after Tech/Recep/PM registrants have had a chance to register for them. |
| Veterinarian Student Registration - If you are attending an accredited Veterinary college to become a Veterinarian you may register as Veterinary Student. Student Status is required and must be submitted along with registration or by fax/mail after registering on the web. This registration has some limitations, you can only register for ancillary events after Veterinarian registrants have had a chance to register for them. |
| Retired DVM Registration - If you are not practicing in the veterinary medicine field any more, you may register as a Retired DVM. |
| Resident/Intern - If you are in a Residency or Interning in the Veterinary Medicine field you may register as a Resident/Intern. Proof of Residency/Internship is required and must be submitted. |

Guest Badges |
|
|
| Guest Badges - Persons not in the Veterinary Medicine field may attend as a Guest of a Registrant. The Guest Badge will allow access to the Exhibit Hall and Evening Sessions, Entertainment and coffee breaks. It will deny access to Scientific Session, Meet the Professor Luncheons, Laboratories, Masterclasses and Scientific Behind the Scenes Tours. No lunch tickets will be given to Guests. |
| Guest Badges are not needed to attend Recreational Tours, Keynote Luncheon or Entertainment. |

| Proceedings COMBOS - Look out for Combo's to get discounted rates for purchasing a combination of Printed and CD copies of the same Publication; SA/LA combo in printed or CD version; SA/LA Printed and CD versions(double combo). |
