A snack bar will be located at the back of the exhibit hall. Lunch menu choices include hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, fruit, ice cream and other snacks. Lunch tickets can be used for purchases up to ticket value ($15.00.)

No overlapping sessions with the help of MyNAVC Personal Planner, you can plan your schedule and experience the NAVC Conference the way it was meant to be. Masterclasses, Labs, and Tours must be purchased separately either prior or after adding them to your Personal Planner through NAVC Registration.
Exhibitor Set up Information
Set-up of booth spaces will be on Friday, January 18 from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm and Saturday, January 19, from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Installation for all exhibits MUST be completed during the above-specified dates and times.
All exhibits must be fully erected and operational by 6:00 pm on Saturday January 19, 2008.
Registration hours for exhibitors will begin on Friday, January 18, 2007 from 9:00 am - 7:30 pm and continue on Saturday January 19 from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Teardown of exhibits will begin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday January 23. Any exhibitors that attempt teardown before 2:00 pm will automatically forfeit their opportunity to exhibit at future Conferences.
